  • You have successfully completed a commercial ­ education (e.g., HLW, HAK) and have professional ­ experience in a comparable position.
  • You are familiar with office applications and know how to use them effectively.
  • Commitment, reliability, loyalty, and discretion are among your strengths.
  • You already have experience in accounting.
  • You possess good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have an independent, systematic way of working and a strong sense of priorities.

  • With a structured approach, you prepare accounting documents and act as a central point of contact.
  • As an organizational talent, you plan and coordinate internal and external events.
  • You keep track of our company vehicle fleet and handle all related tasks (e.g., maintenance, tire changes, repair appointments).
  • You organize business trips for our colleagues.
  • You ensure smooth office management operations – from administrative and organizational tasks such as procurement to document and contract management or mail handling.
  • You support the HR department with administrative tasks and contribute to the implementation of personnel processes.
  • In the area of facility management, you are the point of contact for topics related to cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • With an eye for detail, you take care of our office and help ensure a pleasant overall atmosphere.

The annual salary is 42.882€ gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement.
Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
