Your Skills
- You have several years of experience in product management or leading software projects—ideally in a regulated medical environment (MDR, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 62366).
- You think entrepreneurially: market dynamics, customer expectations, and business models form the basis of every product decision you make.
- You are passionate about defining products, gathering requirements in a structured manner, and proactively engaging with clinical and internal stakeholders.
- You have an interest in the clinical context; experience with surgical or orthopedic workflows is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Personal experience in software development is welcome, but not required.
- You hold a degree from a technical college (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), or university with a focus on technology or medical technology, or you have solid technical training.
- You have very good German and English language skills.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for product management of surgical planning software for the upper extremities (SaMD) – across the entire product lifecycle.
- Developing and maintaining the product vision, positioning, and roadmap in alignment with the corporate strategy, including the business model and business case.
- Conducting market analyses on trends, opportunities, target segments, and the competitive landscape.
- Leading requirements engineering: gathering and prioritizing requirements
Your Salary
The annual salary is 55.356 € gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement.
Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
