Once again this year, it was time to raise a glass to the exciting first half of the year that lies behind us. On July 3rd at 4.00 pm, we kicked off our CADS summer party on the rooftop terrace of our offices in Ansfelden.
Amidst bright sunshine, great music, and a summery atmosphere, we enjoyed a relaxed evening above the rooftops of Ansfelden. Refreshing drinks, plenty of inspiring conversations, and a fantastic atmosphere provided the perfect setting to kick off the summer together. And, of course, sunglasses were a must.

As they made their way to the rooftop terrace, our colleagues were greeted by the wonderful aroma of the buffet, which visibly heightened the anticipation for many. Ice-cold drinks from the region and cozy spots for a social gathering were also waiting for them.
“As a new employee, the summer party was the perfect opportunity to get to know colleagues from different departments better. I was particularly impressed by the open and warm atmosphere—whether people had known each other for years or had just met. This showed me once again how special the sense of community is at CADS,” said one of our new colleagues, Nadine Gebhard-Höflinger—and she wasn’t the only newcomer who felt that way.
Even our COO, Mario Moser, was also able to put meetings, deadlines, and the day-to-day grind aside for an evening, and reflect: “You can really see how the company has grown! Not just in terms of numbers. I love how new colleagues fit right in so naturally. The evening was relaxed and warm, and the time just flew by! The weather was perfect, too, and the food was excellent! We’ve created a truly special company culture! Thanks also for the brilliant organisation!
“

The atmosphere was reminiscent of a relaxed summer’s evening at the beach club. No wonder, then, that the topics of conversation could not have been more varied: from successful project completions to new colleagues and career moves, right through to upcoming vacations. But personal constructions projects around the house and garden were also discussed at length.
But that was not the only thing we toasted to: of courxe, winning the Viking chess in the courtyard was also celebrated in style. The evening was all about togetherness and personal connection – away from the daily grind of work.

We would like to take this opportunity once again thank everyone who helped organize the event. This is certainly not something we take for granted in our day-to-day work. Thanks also to Die Genussflotte from Perg for the excellent catering, that lasted well into the late evening.
And above all, thank you to all our guests who brought the summer party to life. Moments like these show just how valuable personal interaction is outside of meetings and projects. And they are what make our summer party something truly special every year. 🫶🏼
