Welcome to the team!

You’ve finished school, signed your apprenticeship contract and your holiday has recharged your batteries – now you’re ready to go!

21 motivated young people are looking forward to starting their apprenticeships with us, beginning an exciting new chapter in their lives. “The start of training is a special event for us every year,” says Lena Lempp, Head of Training.

“We are delighted to welcome many new trainees and dual students to our company and to accompany them on their way into the medical technology industry. Whether technical, commercial or IT-orientated training paths – the diversity of our professions reflects the breadth and depth of medical technology at our company.”

Luca Kliemann and Sebastian Mägerle start their training as cutting machine operators, Ege Ekmekci, Simon Weigandt and Johannes Wild as tool mechanics specialising in instrument technology. Jan Kossman and Paul Mößmer start their training as industrial mechanics. Maximilian Keller starts a dual study programme in Taxation and Auditing, Marvin Häßler and Georg Rudolf Locher start a dual study programme in Technical Management. Nils Gail and Jonathan Maurer have opted for the Plus Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics degree programme. These twelve new apprentices are completing their training at the production site in Mühlheim.

Sarah Kern starts a dual study programme in computer science at the Freiburg site.

The commercial trainees are mainly based at the Tuttlingen site. This year, Anika Müller, Laura Grischkat and Leon Efinger are starting their training as industrial clerks there. Ayleen Horn is starting her apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant. Marvin Rettenmaier and Jaron Sum are starting as dual students on the International Business degree programme, Emily Scheifler on the Digital Business Management dual degree programme and Lewin Thanner on the Business Informatics degree programme.

The Group currently employs a total of 55 trainees.

The new trainees have the opportunity to get to know each other, their colleagues and the company better. The programme includes introductions, insights into the company structure, tours of production and, as a special highlight, the annual training trip – a real team event.

The career starters take on their first tasks and projects in their respective departments or in the training workshop. They can expect a varied and practice-orientated apprenticeship during which they will work in various areas, take part in training courses and receive individual support from our trainers.

At least 20 apprenticeships in various professions are available again for 2026. The application process for 2026 has already begun.
