The close and successful collaboration between the KLS Martin Group and CADS GmbH began in 2014. The joint success of our first product, IPS Gate®, and the increasing relevance of a comprehensive digital strategy led to the KLS Martin Group acquiring a stake in CADS in 2019. We are proud of this development and look forward with confidence to many more joint successes.
The KLS Martin Group is a globally active family-owned medical technology company. Since its foundation in 1896, it has stood for innovation and quality. Its portfolio ranges from implant systems, high-frequency surgical devices, lasers, sterilisation containers, surgical lights and surgical instruments to comprehensive solutions for the operating theatre.
