Your Skills
- You have experience leading software or IT projects.
- You enjoy organizing projects and are comfortable coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You are motivated to explore and work with new technologies.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with a strong sense of ownership.
- You hold a degree from a technical high school (HTL), university of applied sciences (FH), or university with a technical focus.
- Ideally, you have experience working in a regulated environment (MedTech experience is a plus).
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for managing and successfully delivering software projects in the field of next-generation medical technology.
- You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.
- You define and structure technical requirements in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, especially product owners.
- You plan sprints, work packages, milestones, and resources.
- You ensure that project goals related to scope, timeline, budget, and quality are achieved.
- You ensure compliance with project-related quality, process, and regulatory requirements and actively contribute to their continuous improvement.
Your Salary
The annual salary is 53.802€ gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement.
Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
