Must-Haves
- Strong leadership skills and several years of experience managing project teams.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Confident communication and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience in resource planning and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement and results.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Degree in engineering, business, or a comparable field.
- Affinity for regulatory requirements in medical technology and the ability to align project management processes closely with QMS standards.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., medical technology, pharma).
- Passion for mentoring.
- Familiarity with BI reporting, KPI tracking, and audit preparation.
Your Tasks
- Provide professional and organizational leadership for an ambitious project management team and foster its ongoing development.
- Ensure efficient, high-quality, and compliant project execution — in line with regulatory requirements and our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Promote structured project communication and transparency across all stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as IT, UX/UI, and Quality, contributing actively to strategic initiatives.
- Further develop processes, KPIs, and standards, driving continuous improvement of our project landscape.
Your Salary
The annual salary is 53.802€ gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement.
Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
