Your Skills
- Completed technical education (e.g. vocational school, HTL, apprenticeship) or comparable practical experience. Motivated career changers are also welcome.
- Interest in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure (including servers and AI hardware).
- Enthusiasm for learning and working with new technologies.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and common sense matter more than years of experience.
- Excellent German and solid English skills.
- Initial experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of virtualization (e.g. Proxmox) and on-premises server administration is a plus.
Your Tasks
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for our employees.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, including user accounts, licenses, and permissions.
- Manage and deploy Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Support the daily operation of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Assist with maintaining our on-premises infrastructure, including Proxmox virtualization and AI/GPU servers.
- Prepare and issue hardware, accessories, and workstations.
- Contribute to exciting IT projects in infrastructure, cloud, and security.
- Maintain technical documentation in Confluence and manage the IT asset inventory.
Your Salary
The annual salary is 40.600€ gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement 2026.
Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
