Your Skills
- You have experience leading agile software development projects.
- You enjoy organizing projects and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- You‘re eager to explore emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take full ownership of your responsibilities.
- You hold a technical degree from a university or university of applied sciences (or equivalent).
- Ideally, you have experience working in a regulated environment (MedTech experience is a plus) or a strong interest in the future of medical technology.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the successful delivery of software projects.
- You are responsible for an agile development team.
- You plan releases and lead sprints.
- You define and structure (technical) requirements.
- You work closely with our Product Management team to successfully realize our shared vision.
- You reliably coordinate your project‘s dependencies with your fellow Project Managers.
- You ensure that project objectives regarding scope, schedule, budget, and quality are achieved.
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with project-related compliance processes and contribute to their further development.
Your Salary
The annual salary is 55.356€ gross on a full-time basis according to the IT collective agreement 2026.
Willingness to pay more based upon qualifications and experience.
