Your Skills
- 3 -5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and test automation
- Experience in Functional Testing with strong analytical skills to design comprehensive test cases and identify defects effectively.
- Hands on experience in implementing and maintaining API and UI Automation using Selenium, playwright, cypress or rest assured.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies along with various testing techniques, processes, design and methodologies to enhance quality metrics and test coverage.
- Proficiency in hands-on coding using Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Understanding MCP servers and agent tools to expedite automation and functional testing is a plus
- Hands-on experience in testing LLMs and AI agents is an advantage
Your Tasks
As a software quality engineer, you will be responsible for testing a product that facilitates the planning, manufacturing
and shipping of critical components utilized in surgical procedures and operations. In this role you will:
- Design, develop and execute tests based on functional requirements and specifications.
- Monitor automated test executions, document anomalies, maintain and improve automated test coverage and achieve in sprint automation for new changes and features, maintain a healthy pipeline
- Select and apply appropriate testing methodologies and tools (manual and automation) to ensure software quality
- Perform API testing using suitable tools to ensure end-to-end coverage.
- Communicate testing outcomes effectively to respective project members and maintain defect management systems
- Explore, learn and adapt to modern QA practices, tools and technologies
- Monitor and report project dependencies and parameters in Datadog and snyk
