IPS® Mission Control
IPS® Mission Control is the KLS Martin Group’s central tool for managing daily workflows. With Mission Control, tasks and orders can be easily processed from design through production.

Manage processes smart.
A predefined workflow determines, based on the user decisions, which tasks are generated and to whom they are assigned. Automatically set deadlines ensure that all items are manufactured on time.
In addition, the entire machine maintenance process is managed within Mission Control. Maintenance plans can be created and approved, and the necessary maintenance tasks can be scheduled accordingly.
Deliveries
Deliveries are managed centrally. If products are out of stock, placeholders can be reserved. A predefined workflow with status indicators shows the current status at any time.
Cases
As soon as a case is created in IPS Gate®, it is automatically created in Mission Control. Cases created in IPS Gate® contain all relevant information regarding product manufacturing as well as all associated tasks.
Tasks
Tasks are automatically created based on predefined workflows. Depending on decisions and external factors, they follow different paths and help users plan their daily work.
Inventory
The inventory records all physical models received, including documentation of their condition upon receipt and return to the customer.
Maintenance plans
Mission Control can be used to schedule machine maintenance. Maintenance plans automatically create tasks at defined intervals and include an approval process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Production
There is a separate task for each production step. This task desplays pending products, machine utilization, and priorities for planning and coordinating production.
